Everything about Syracuse Sky Chiefs totally explained

The Syracuse Chiefs are a minor league baseball team based in Syracuse, New York. The team was named the SkyChiefs from 1997-2006, but the nickname was changed back to the Chiefs in December 2006. (External Link) The team, which plays in the International League, is the Triple-A affiliate of the Toronto Blue Jays. The Chiefs have played at Alliance Bank Stadium (formerly P&C Stadium), since 1997. Previously, the team played at MacArthur Stadium.

The Chiefs have won the Governors' Cup, the championship of the IL, 8 times, and have played in the championship series 17 times.
